A massive well done to everyone who competed on Thursday in the West Mayo Primary Schools Cross Country. What a great day and what a fantastic course. 
Westport AC had some top place finishers also who will go forward to the next stage!!
Five of the twelve teams going forward have Westport AC members on them, well done all.

1st October - Mayo Evens Cross Country - Westport House

Cross Country Season has arrived and we are just THRILLED to get to host the MAYO EVEN AGES races in the beautiful grounds of Westport House THIS Sunday 1st October.

Leave no trace apart from your mark on the course! 

We are truly grateful to Westport House and The Hughes Family for supporting us in running this event and in promoting health and fitness across the county and province. We will also hold the Connaught Evens ages here in a few weeks time.

Cross Country - Mayo Even's - 1st October - Westport House

Westport are hosting the even ages U8, U10, U12 etc Cross Country Competition on Sunday the 1st October in Westport House, so we want to see huge numbers taking part this year and hopefully we will have teams in all age groups. 
Born 2016 U8 (500m)
Born 2015 U9 (500m)
Born 2014 U10 (1,000m)

Please note that athletes can run up one age 
group (U9 can run U10)
Registration is on the day for Mayo’s first event on Sun Oct 1st in Westport House.

Connacht Even Age ( U12,U14 etc) Cross Country Championships in Sligo. All Athletes must be registered by Thursday 27th October 2018

Mayo Even Ages and All Seniors Cross Country Championships

Mayo Even Ages and All Seniors Cross Country Championships takes place in Mellets Hill, Swinford on Sunday 7th October.
Start time on Sunday is 11am.

Fees are €7 per athlete and €14 per family.  There is no pre entry so please try and have the correct money.

Connacht Competition U14-Senior Saturday 16th June

Please find attached HERE the provisional timetable for Saturday 16.06.2018

There will be strictly NO spectating or walking across the infield for safety reasons, we will have throws competitions taking place at both ends of the field. Access to the long jump will be via the outside lanes of the track only. 

Please make sure all your athletes are aware of this, clubs are responsible for the supervision of their athletes not the competition officials.
