Juvenile Races

U10 Girls & Boys (born 2017/2018) – 1,000m

U12 Girls & Boys (born 2015/2016) – 2,000m

U14 Girls & Boys (born 2013/2014) – 3,000m

U16 Girls & Boys (born 2011/2012) – 4,000m

U18 Girls & Boys (born 2009/2010) – 4,500m
Junior, Senior & Masters Races

Junior, Senior & Masters Women – 4,500m

Masters Men 65+ – 4,500m

Junior Men – 4,500m

Senior & Masters Men – 6,000m
✅ IMPORTANT ENTRY INFORMATION
Athletes must have competed at the Mayo Cross Country Championships to be eligible to enter the Connacht Championships.
Athletes may compete in their own age group or move up one age group, subject to competition rules.
💶 Entry fee is €5 per athlete.
Please note that race times after 11:00am are approximate, as races will run in the order listed.

❤️💚 Connacht Cross Country Championships
Athletes who wish to progress to the Connacht Cross Country Championships are normally required to compete in the relevant Mayo Cross Country Championship.
This requirement applies to juvenile athletes unless an official exemption has been granted.
The Mayo Athletics exemption criteria and process are available below/on this page.
Parents should familiarise themselves with these requirements if their child hopes to compete at Connacht level. Please see the
