One of the biggest competitions of the year took place on June 5th in Tullamore with many Westport A.C. athletes participating. Not only did they participate but they took some well deserved medals.

Congratulations to Deena Sadik and Clara Tierney who repsectively took gold and bronze in the Junior Girls 1200m walk. Cian McManamon took silver in the Senior boys 3000m walk while David Harper also took silver in the boys U 16  1Mile.
