C & C Cellular Mayo Even Ages, Junior, Senior and Masters Cross Country Championships were held in the Aughagower last weekend.  Large crowd of athletes from all over the county travelled to Aughagower for the championships.  Weather conditions were ideal on a tough course.  A special thanks to the members of Aughagower Athletic Club for organising a great event and providing much needed refreshments to all.  Thanks also to all who officiated on the day and to the Country Lodge  Aughagower for the use of their grounds.
